TEDx Talk: We Need to Change How We See Addiction

In this powerful TEDx talk, I share how I overcame burnout, anxiety, and addiction after years in toxic workplace cultures - and how my mother’s death led me to reimagine how we support mental health at work.

Now, I advise global leaders and shape wellbeing strategies for clients like Channel 4, Warner Bros. Discovery, and KPMG. This talk is a call to rethink addiction, challenge stigma, and lead with empathy.
