Inspiring change from the stage | Grounded in neuroscience Tailored to your audience

Shift how your organisation thinks about pressure, performance and the cultures you're creating.
Grounded in neuroscience. Brought to life through humour, honesty and powerful lived experience. Designed for leaders and teams who want more than inspiration - they want something that actually changes how they work.
What to expect
Every keynote I deliver is tailored to your audience, your sector and what you’re trying to shift. But there are a few things that are always true.
The content is grounded in neuroscience. I translate the science of stress, performance and behaviour into something a room full of busy, sceptical leaders can actually use - not abstract theory, but a practical framework for understanding what’s happening in their organisation and what to do about it.
The delivery is human. I bring lived experience of burnout, anxiety, addiction and late-diagnosed ADHD. Not because struggle is the point, but because honesty in a room creates permission. When I’m willing to be real, audiences follow.
And people leave with something.

Every session is built around practical takeaways. Tools, reframes and strategies that can be used the following Monday, not filed away and forgotten.
My keynote topics
These are my most popular topics - each can be delivered as a keynote, a workshop or a hybrid of both, and all are tailored to your audience and context.
From survival mode to performance mode
The neuroscience of stress and why chronic pressure quietly degrades performance over time - even in your best people. What organisations can do differently to shift their teams from reactive firefighting to sustainable high performance. Ideal for leadership conferences, senior leadership offsites and all-staff events.
Psychological safety: the foundation of high-performing teams
Google’s Project Aristotle found psychological safety was the single most important factor in high-performing teams. This talk explores what it actually is, why most organisations accidentally undermine it, and the practical leader behaviours that build it. Ideal for leadership teams, HR audiences and culture change programmes.
The neuroscience of leadership
How the behaviour of one leader ripples through an entire team - and why a regulated leader creates a regulated team. Practical neuroscience translated into leadership insight that changes how people show up. Ideal for senior leaders and management development programmes.
Burnout prevention as a performance strategy
Burnout isn’t a personal failing. It’s an organisational one. This talk reframes burnout prevention as a commercial issue - not a wellbeing perk - and gives leaders the tools to address root causes rather than symptoms. Ideal for HR, People and leadership audiences.
Neuro inclusion: harnessing diversity of thought
Around one in five people are neurodivergent, yet most workplaces are designed for one type of brain. This session explores how organisations can create environments where different minds contribute their full potential - and why this is a competitive advantage, not just a D&I box to tick. Ideal for inclusion events, leadership programmes and HR teams.
Don’t see exactly what you need? I regularly design bespoke sessions.
