I’m an experienced workplace wellbeing strategist, leadership & culture expert, TEDx and keynote speaker, facilitator and AoEC qualified coach. With a background in learning and development and leadership consultancy, I’ve worked in senior management roles in Europe and Asia, and now support organisations to build cultures and ways of working that help people to thrive, not just survive.
